Refund policy

All products sold by Avanyaa (A Unit of Chugh Group) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer any returns, refunds, or replacements under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final.

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Any resolution will be at the sole discretion of the company.
